We are excited to offer pre-orders for the Deluxe D20 Staff of Critical, which is currently expected to be stocked in Mid-June, 2023!

Shipping Rates
- For all pre-orders, we offer a flat shipping rate of $20 USD.
- This flat rate applies to all orders, regardless of weight, size, or destination.
- Please note that this shipping rate only applies to pre-orders and is subject to change for future orders with available inventory.
Shipping Method
- We use trusted shipping partners to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your pre-order.
- Our inventory will be stocked at the Fulfillrite warehouse in New Jersey - 825 Towbin Ave Lakewood, NJ 08701.
- Once your pre-order is ready to ship, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Please allow for additional processing time during high volume periods, such as during a product launch or promotional campaign.

- We currently offer worldwide shipping for pre-orders under the above flat shipping rate.
Order Processing Time
- Pre-orders are processed and shipped based on the estimated shipping date provided during the checkout process.
- Please refer to the product page or product description for the estimated shipping timeline.
- We will make every effort to meet the estimated shipping date, but please note that unforeseen delays may occur.
Order Modifications
- Once a pre-order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Returns and Exchanges
- Due to the nature of pre-orders, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order for further assistance.
